Expressit Painting offers both soft and pressure washing.  Soft washing removes mildew, algae, dirt, spider webs and pollen.  It is always done prior to a professional paint job or freshen up the appearance of a weathered home, office or building.  We do not recommend pressure washing or soft washing for shingled roofs to avoid damage that can cause leaks. Pressure washing completely removes mildew, dirt, grime and most stains, but is only applied to exterior areas such as concrete, masonry, tile, wood decks driveways and walkways.
