Expressit Painting also does light carpentry (wood rot repair, installation of moldings, etc.) and pressure/soft washing of homes and businesses to be painted.  Our employees are all drug tested and must pass a background check including driving record.

Sid Cooper began painting over 35 years ago and has developed a very good reputation for quality work during that time.

Personal Background: Sid was born in Tallahassee, graduated from Leon High School and Florida State University.  He is a member of the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce and the former president of the Tallahassee 100 Club. He faithfully attends Christ Presbyterian Church.

Family: Wife, Carol, a former Flight Attendant and business owner, has been keeping the books for Expressit Painting since it’s inception.
Son, Brett, an ordained minister, recently received his doctorate in Biblical Studies. He is now pastoring a church in Aurora, CO and teaches at Covenant Bible College.  Brett & his wife Debbie have one son, Isaac, born September of 2008.

Carol Cooper owned & operated a packing & shipping business for 17 years which gave her a good background for management and bookkeeping.

Personal Background: Carol was born and raised in Summit, NJ., graduated from Summit High School and attended Emory University.  She spent three years as a stewardess for Eastern Airlines and 18 years as a stay-at-home Mom.  While in business she was a member of the Tallahassee 100 Club.  Today she serves as treasurer of our Homeowners Association. She recently served as treasurer for her Circle of the Tallahassee Garden Club. She faithfully attends Christ Presbyterian Church.

Family: Husband, Sid (see above)
Sons, Mark & Randy North work and live here in Tallahassee with their families.  Their two daughters, Grace and Caden are a big part of Sid and Carol’s life.
